Closing date for proposals for changes to the constitution need to be in by 9 October.
Nominations for committee need to be in by 3 November.
As always there will be a members meeting after the AGM, Items for the agenda to be in by 9 October.

There are 15 teams entered.
Spectators are welcome - £5 if staying for lunch
There is a box on the kitchen counter for donations of bottle tombola items
BOWLS TOUR 2027
Tuesday 20 April to Saturday 24 April
Venue - Worcester staying at the Worcester Whitehouse Hotel in Foregate Street.
Cost £589 per person which includes all coach travel from Sutton, return and to and from bowling clubs in the area.
There is a sign up sheet on the Social Events notice board. A non returnable deposit of £50 per person is needed by the end of September
END OF SEASON GREEN CLOSURE
The green will close Thursday 17 September as the autumn maintenance programme will start Friday 18 September

There is a selection of bowls and bags for sale in the clubhouse, prices start at £25 for a set of bowls. These have been donated so any money made will go to club funds.
WEEKLY ROLL UPS
There will be roll ups on a Wednesday afternoon until the end of the season, arrive by 1.45 pm for a 2 pm start. Dress code casual.
League Team News
Team lists are on the noticeboards now that the fixtures lists have been issued by the leagues. Members are asked to indicate their availability on these lists so that Team Captains can start selecting their teams first the early part of the season.
